All at a time when Russia was politically neutral to the US during the Fukuyama End of History era? At a time when the rouble wasn’t banned from global markets? Ukraine and Nordstream make sense under the Biden strategy, but I’m not entirely sure to what degree Trump’s neocons are backpedaling on Biden’s overall strategy in Europe. Is it appropriate to lump Greenland and the tariffs in the same framework as Ukraine and Nordstream?
