I could have sworn there were lighter broadcast restrictions after 10 pm. It’s a bit ridiculous that NBC is freaking out over the word “shit” being used on late night tv.
Indecent and profane content are prohibited on broadcast TV and radio between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., when there is a reasonable risk that children may be in the audience.

11:30 pm is 1h30m after the “prohibited” section, which ends at 10pm and resumes the following morning at 6am. So…it is allowed for SNL to say “shit” then?
