But don’t worry building tendons is actually really easy it just takes time, the formula is low weight and frequency. If this is your first time working out ever, expect 2-3 months from the first time you broke a sweat. Do incline pressups on some stairs for example or the knee pressups, just crank out a few every now and then each day, believe me this stage will pass by like nothing.
Be kind to yourself, you’re building your foundations, completely forget heavy weights for now because tendons do not work that way. And make sure to work out core and legs believe me they will improve your QOL
Btw Bulgarian split squats without weights are a must-have for legs, believe me they will build so much strength throughout, its worth it, anyway happy hunting <3
