Punch has such good articles. Any Germans who can confirm this is a local drink? I’ve never heard of it. I particularly liked the line:

    I literally had one bartender tell me they were out of sour mix and didn’t know how to make one.

    That’s a great test of bars/bartenders. It’s so frustrating that they can’t even make a basic drink near perfect every time.
