      I guess that would make sense if you didn’t know anything about any other country’s climate legislation, which is presumably the case here.

        Mongol and colonial euro empires killed so many people it had measurable effect on climate. I guess we know whose tradition US climate legislation do really uphold.

      What the hell do they mean by “largest climate legislation in world history?”

      I propose to the congress of ME that we make the entire world use renewable energy by 2069. 100% yes vote, the motion passes. There. I just passed the biggest bit of climate legislation in world history. Sure, literally nothing will happen due to this, but I passes the legislation. Which is apparently enough for libs. Completely empty promises with no goal on how to achieve them.
