

I’m not @[email protected], but can really relate to them - i usually get ~9 hours each night, and take a 1 to 2 hour nap almost daily.
I feel fine, aside from being always tired. Granted, I’ve been unemployed for a year and a half and don’t have much reason to get up beyond taking care of the dogs.
I really only feel “good” for a brief window every day. Usually from like 6pm to 9 or 10pm-ish.
Idk, I’ve been trying to work with doctors on it but not having insurance in the US is basically a fuck, death to amerikkka.
Yeah, can’t really afford one in top of the meds, therapists, and bills i already have. I don’t really notice myself having trouble with air, I sleep pretty ok once I get there, and my partner says my snoring has improved greatly since I quit drinking. As to your other comment, ill take a look into that, thanks!
