The actor played villain Juggernaut in X-Men: The Last Stand, but he has decided not to reprise the role in the third Deadpool movie despite being approached by director Shawn Levy.

Quote: “Funnily enough I just got asked to do Deadpool, the new one now, and I spoke to the director and I just said it’s such a drama putting that suit on mentally and physically”

"I mean it had its mental toll as well because you’re in it and you can’t do anything all day, you can only drink through a straw. So we couldn’t strike the deal for Deadpool [& Wolverine].

“But Deadpool’s my favourite movie of all f***ing time more or less. I really wanted to do it, but they didn’t have the budget to put me in the suit”

Dude stays busy, and is a soccer “hard man” turned actor. He doesn’t need to do it for work and has to be in his 60s at least by now.

I get not wanting to deal with the makeup if it wasn’t worth his time. And glad they didn’t try to do it with CGI for a small cameo.

But it still would have been cool to have him in it
