PETA is 100% a psyop to make animal liberation look ridiculous. I dont have a source but there’s no fuckin way they aren’t.

[can’t form sentence headache] exploiting third world meat and fur third world labor. animal liberation for white oppressor. incoherent non intersectional liberation under capitalism. could be psy-op could be just euro-american liberals feeling bad about piggy but unable to help piggy.

someone recommend me a book about veganism and socialism or imperialism, I don’t know what I’m talking about I just hate white people and it might be the right answer

Either an op, or just trolls looking for attention instead of actually furthering any sort of vegan cause. My personal favorite was them going after Warhammer 40k because some of the models had a fur cloak on them.

A lot of exposes on industrial animal abuse do come from PETA though. Maybe they’re just very good at opsec - publicly do outrageous shit and have everyone focus on your dumb stunts and make fun of you so your more dedicated members infiltrate meat farms, breeding farms, pet shops, testing centers, etc. without anyone suspecting it.

They do hundreds if not thousands of campaigns a year. Something is gonna happen once in a while that irks you. By all means, go through their Twitter feed and get a rough idea of what they do.
