It was a group of Canadian-Ukrainian nazis who came up with the “holodomor” term btw. They didn’t actually create the myth itself, but they’re the ones who revived it and gave it a vaguely holocaust-sounding name.
Gambling can be used effectively. Well canada is a safe bet because they’re known to be filled with ukrainian nationalists, but my dark horse is the US itself, specifically Miami, FL.
