Just to make it clear I’m not trying to be antisemitic with my comment as it might seem like that’s the case. I’ve got nothing against jews and I would love them and the Palestinians to live in peace. But this conflict also shows that there is a double standard in the way they act.

I’m very sorry if my comment is misinterpreted as antisemitic because that’s the worst thing I could be in this case. I don’t hate anyone but I hate the state of Israel because they have been killing innocent Palestinians since the inception of that state. I get that the jewish people feel like they need to fight Hamas and I support this, but killing 10.000 civilians in the prosses is not acceptable. It makes me so sad, and let me not forget to mention that the attack on 7th of October is atrocious. Killing civilians is never acceptable and I condemn it.

the frustrating nauseating dance of “please don’t think I’m racist” has gotten even older over the past month

Like it’s hard to spot a bigot in the first place. It’s not antisemitic to conflate Israel and Jews until the equivocation is central to your thinking.

Conflating support for Palestinians as antisemitic or pro-Hamas is just bad-faith nonsense made up by people who don’t care about being coherent, but are too timid to just go ahead and use the slurs.
