AIs like this have just made people lazy. I’ve seen people talk about using Chat GPT to do Algebra 1 math. Literally any basic search engine will be just as effective and you might actually learn something but people are so determined to make AI something they can rely on. /rant
I completely agree. My employer has been encouraging the use of chat GPT as a starting point for client deliverables. Since it literally makes things up, you still have to spend time verifying everything, which takes as long or longer than just doing everything yourself, plus you’ll have familiarity for that topic in the future.
If Disney world sank it would just be Bioshock.
I’m just loving the AI’s attempts at written language. It’s getting better but it’s still not close.
