From a scientific perspective the DNA matches the reptile dna of a lizard, however the 30% unknown is probably the the DNA strands needed to make an upright figure which is why the combinations are new. Unless you’ve seen a reptilian DNA structure mapped out before the DNA sequence is not going to be mapped anywhere.

A reptilian contains reptile DNA. Humans don’t have the same DNA entirely as reptilians.
