I’d say no, but I also do not have much appreciation of art in my bones. Better a guy not have his life ruined with expensive lawsuits than release a game, no matter how many folks on the internet call it bending over (as if penetration makes you weaker or lesser, or is always undesirable because you’re a manly man and penetration is for weak gays or girls. I don’t like it, but some do! Gotta deconstruct those assumptions, and as stupid and annoying as it sounds, this insult both runs on and helps perpetuate those assumptions. And no, I am not perfect on this considering I have used “suck my nonexistent dick” before and probably should not have, but hey, at least that was directed towards hypothetical jerks instead of a real human being).
