Oh maybe the way you poke little holes in the top and bottom and blow the actual egg out so it’s just the shell. That would make more sense.
Yeah the second method. Of course the children are not going to make master pieces that are kept for multiple years, but it’s still a nice gift for grandparents etc. In central and eastern Europe, there are some longstanding traditions with that method of egg painting. And some are really great pieces of art.
