Even Castro’s numbers were inflated by the CIA. He definitely had sex more than average person. But the stuff like a different woman every night is propaganda to portray him as a sexual predator.
He was kind of a serial monogamist. He’d have an intense relationship for weeks or months were he genuinely seemed to love his partners but then they’d drift apart or events would overtake them (like Lisa Howard the US journalist who the CIA almost certainly killed).
He does have like 11 children to multiple mothers that are known of (not including Justin Trudeau). So it’s still a lot.
