    I don’t see anything really mattering in Dallas unless Jerry takes a back seat. The ceiling is a team that loses in the first couple rounds of the playoffs for Dallas without that change.

      Hard agree there. Dude is a random citizen trying to land a 747 and the pilots are fully conscious, but won’t tell him no lol

      Hiring guys nobody can respect like McCarthy are the problem Jerry is, though.

      McCarthy might just be a symptom of Jerry, but his rosters have pretty consistently had the pieces that a coach who isn’t a trainwreck to be a hell of a lot better than anything they’ve done with McCarthy.
