It would have to be more like an unsolved mysteries show with a dramatic reenactment and a developer giving all the ugly details with a blacked out face and voice changer.
Germany is a pretty bad example, they were completely dismantled and rebuilt after WWII.
Kickass is the best surprise nic cage film.
Lord of war is the best serious cage.
Bangkok dangerous is the most cage being cage film.
There would be more Russians in the NHL if it was easier to scout them and get them to the US/Canada.
I found steam link to be heavily game dependant because of the input lag. It’s not a great solution for fps games, but anything that didn’t require fast reactions was fine.
It’s not about completion it’s about starting a repair.
It really depends on the definition of commencement. Scheduling a mold remediation company to come out in two weeks is arguably commencement of repairs.
The wording seems to be that repairs must start within 48 hours, which is reasonable. Landlords could likely successfully argue that ordering replacement parts or having a someone scheduled to come out counts as starting or commencement.
While that’s true at a high level, their day to day experience isn’t that political. Even most deployments aren’t really controversial.

That episode was so cool, I was disappointed to learn it was about a dead game.
You are always looking at the part someone just used.
If you only have them distilled water and not the formula you mix into it, then it’s dangerous, but the minerals aren’t the problem there.
Exploration is the most fun part of the game (at least around the castle), the story is pretty boring to me so far, the combat is average. I’ve stalled out hard on the game as I just don’t find it enjoyable. Harry Potter as a theming doesn’t really work well with the open world beat em up style gameplay that works for Batman Arkham X or Shadow of war/Mordor.
Taxing consumer level fuel in the name of climate change is performance art. It’s not a major factor and places a burden on those least able to handle it.
More companies targeting that level of hardware for games, more support for better V2 versions of these handhelds,
