    Good news! Recent supreme court decision basically does this.

    • City mayor awarded $1mil contract to garbage collection company
    • then he walked into office said “I need money” they wrote a check for $13k
    • FBI: “why did they do that?”
    • Mayor: “consulting services” (no further details ever provided)
    • company owner: “an inside track on the contract”

    Verdict: INNOCENT
