    Not if they can’t provide evidence of physical violence. Negative comments and mockery does not rise to the level of orders for being hunted for execution like some opposing political people or religious people had their families killed for not bowing to government system and surviving members had to flee country before they end up dead like their family.

      Gauri Sreenivasan, co-executive director of the Canadian Council for Refugees, said the orders will harm transgender people who are seeking to make an asylum claim in the United States.

      Under Trump’s policies for example, a transgender woman could be placed in a detention facility with male detainees.

      That obviously puts trans asylum seekers at risk of violence.

        If they break the law. So Transgender criminals. We don’t see yet people being put in jail for being transgender. If that is happening then yes we can revisit the question but it is not happening.

          So harming criminals is okay, got it. Shall we reinstate the age-old tradition of cutting off thieves’ hands? And you haven’t even addressed the difference between being charged with a crime and being convicted, both of which can land you in jail.
