For actual plays, I can highly recommend Tabletop Gold.
They’re playing through Abomination Vaults. Crew is only 4 ppl, 3 players, 1 GM. And episodes are only an hour long, so the whole show is super digestible.
That’s not even mentioning their impeccable sound quality. And I think their background music is original work by the GM? But I might be misremembering that bit.
As for rules or strategy stuff, it’s not exactly a podcast, but the knights of last call have a “combat and tactics” playlist that’s really great at conveying the importance of action economy.
