Us Treasury is providing capital… Hardly seizing anything.
Maybe if intel was ran into the ground by idiots. They wouldn’t need to be bailed out by feds.

They are trying for a third time with a bit of better PR but the bones of the de are the same: ukraine must surrender.
US keep hoping ukraine capabilities are degraded enough and they are working to ensure that ukraine doesn’t get enough of anything. So in 1-2 years ukraine will have to accept this deal or worse.

Our society lacks sufficient trust to have something work like this.
Also, there certainly going to be negative externalities when mixing kids with the poor.
I doubt anyone would sign on this security wise. Schools are already border line prison conditions in the US.
