Just finished the Hunger Games prequel, The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. As a fan of the original trilogy, I really enjoyed all the worldbuilding and learning more about Panem.

To find the previous businesses at that address, contact the City and ask for business license history at that address. Most cities require a business license for every business that wants to operate in a city.
To find the previous construction activity at that location, contact the City (or County if it’s unincorporated) and ask for Planning and Building permits at that location. Some sort of permit is always needed when something is being built, so there should be records on it.
Typically, City/County websites have a permit record database online under their Building/Planning/Community Development department. You can usually use those to search up permits for an address. To see actual plans, you would need to contact the City.
For business licenses, that information isn’t normally available online but should be public record and can be accessed by contacting the City.
Definitely feels like a mix of the Series 1-7 themes
In the Philippines, we use mamsir (combination of ma’am and sir)
While I agree that beef burgers are great and that beyond meat just isn’t the same, I think it’s also important to remember that the second best thing to going vegetarian is eating less meat.
I would love to see the mainline games experiment more with different artstyles. Like you said, it would make the games feel new and visually exciting again. But yeah, I don’t know how that’s going to happen with the current release schedule.
One of the ideas that I’ve seen thrown around is that all 27 Bay Area transit agencies should be branded as one. For example, instead of telling customers that you have to take SolanoExpress, BART, and AC Transit, they would all be branded as one (for example, Bay Area Regional Transit, or BART :p). I think this could be an interesting way of making the region seem more integrated to the average person, even if all the agencies still maintain their own control.
What do you all think?
Great list! I personally think Eve of the Daleks is the best of the three Dalek episodes, it’s the most fun.
I love the inclusion of the Rwandan proverb translated into Gallifreyan. It’s a really cool way to portray homage to the Doctor’s character while also including non-Western influences.
As to the design of the screwdriver itself, I quite miss the old cylindrical design. I’m sure it’ll be fine in action though.
