And how do they plan to do this? even if they add (GPS) tracking hardware the Chinese will just cut the connection to the Antenna and the GPU is gone. If they do it in software (like driver) it will just be patched out.

IMHO The Problem is only partly the 8GB VRAM (for 1080p). An at least equal part of the Problem is the sitty Optimisation of some game engines. Especially Unreal Engine 5.

You do not need a case and discrete GPU. Way above minimum requirements! :)
