I share my location with my wife. I can see what time she’ll be home when she’s leaving work. She gets to see which ditch I crashed my motorcycle into.

I’ve noticed that clicking the link to the imgur page loads the image fine as long as you’re on their page but the inline images don’t load properly into kbin.
I own basically the cheapest mechanical chronograph watch in existence and I love it. For 250 bucks you can get a “Seagull 1963” watch from China on Amazon.
It’s actually a really nice looking watch with a glass case back so you can see all the gears in the movement. It was designed by the Swiss company Venus a long time ago and they sold it to a Chinese company at some point where it got copied by a bunch of other Chinese companies.
You might find it under a different brand name. Mine is the “Seakoss” variant. They come in a bunch of different styles and sizes so pick whichever you prefer.
Sure maybe it’s not great to be supporting China but so much stuff we buy comes from China anyway so I don’t think about it too much.
I wanted a mechanical watch so I could admire the gears but I wasn’t about to drop many thousands of dollars on one so this thing fits the bill.
Afraid.org is what I’ve been using ever since dyndns started charging big prices for what used to be free.
The best accessory that I can recommend is a top case. I know they look super dorky but they are by far the most handy way to carry some extra shit while you’re out riding. I had a Givi on my GS that could hold a 30 pack of beer which was very handy.
My wife repurposed a knock-off Pelican from Harbor Freight as a top case for her Honda 300L. I mooch storage space in her top case all the time because my KTM 500 has no structure to support a top case.
Someone correct me if I’m wrong but I seem to remember searching for communities from kbin doesn’t work if you use the exclamation point.
The Expanse. The show had a satisfying ending but the books went a bit further into the future and I’d like to see more in the shows.
We have 4x200 watt Renogy panels on the roof for a total of 800 watts of solar. I DIYed a Lifepo4 battery using 4x272 amp hour 3.2 volt Lishen cells for a 12.8 volt nominal battery that can provide roughly 3500 watt hours of energy. The cells are managed with an Overkill Solar BMS.
Why shoes near elbows? Everything else makes sense but I don’t get the shoe placement.
I was able to donate to Ernest who runs kbin. I can’t find the link at the moment but it is floating around here somewhere.
I also have a 1200GS with Jesse Bags. They don’t look great but they’re tough.
