  • If you are willing to overcome the anger issues, then you need to have a calm mind. To develop a calm mind, you have to either avoid or face the triggers and learn to stay calm. I had the same problem, and I started self-help and developed a cool mindset. Whenever I face a situation that might lead me to become angry, I motivate myself to stay calm. There is no medication which a psychiatrist can prescribe and if they give you some medication which are mood stabilizers which have side effects.
