The S20fe 5g is flat and has OLED. The flat screen is the reason I bought it. Still running as well as day one three years later. I have noticed a slight dip in battery life lately but I can get through a whole day with maybe 35% left. When this one dies, I will probably get another.
And insurance companies are abandoning Florida in droves.
The water around the Keys is 90-92 degrees currently. I don’t know much about how ocean temps affect sea life but that seems very high.
You’re supposed to wash blue jeans?! Next you are going to tell me that you have to wash underwear!
And there’s always that torn up section on the right hip where the tape measure goes
Lmao this is gold. You gave me a nice chuckle. Thank you
I think it’s like 500 pages but it’s a pretty quick read. Definitely feels YA at times but overall I enjoyed it immensely. If you do read it, let me know what you think!
Wow that was fantastic! I vaguely remember watching something very similar (on a much much smaller scale) when I was in boy scouts. I imagine the cultural presence is much higher out where you are but here in the rural Midwest, things like a pow wow are almost unheard of. Although, maybe it’s because I live about 1.5 hours from a major city.
Damn, that’s rad. I mean, not the trail of tears stuff, but the artifact stuff. It’s a shame the Natice American history is mostly forgotten about.
I haven’t really found many fossils here but maybe I will someday while looking for arrowheads. Do you ever do any arrowhead hunting down in Texas? From what I hear, Texas is loaded!
I think so? I have never found any but Ohio was under water ~450 million years ago during the late Ordovician. I’m not sure what period ammonites are from but i do find a lot of coral fossils.
FWIW I am a 29 yo man who has read alot of scifi/fantasy including WoT, Malazan, Cosmere, Lotr, Dune, etc… but back when Brandon Sanderson released his YA book (now trilogy? series?) “Skyward”, I read the whole thing in 2 sittings. I was enthralled. Haven’t experienced a total immersion like it since.
Turn Left at Orion is a great book to have alongside your scope! I believe it is broken down into seasons and what is viewable at those times.
