You ever see videos of people driving in south east Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, etc.)? My friend told me a story about riding on the back of a motorbike without a helmet. I am simply unable to drive in a place like this
Cartagena traffic gets like that. It’s nerve-wracking but generally less dangerous than American driving. Speeds are very low, and because you can’t count on the “rules” to protect you everybody is paying a lot more attention.

When I was kinda without fear I often took motorcicle taxis without a helmet, mostly cause I have XXXL helmet size, and noone has that. Looking back, that maybe was a bit dangerous.

A roundabout could solve this. Roundabouts for everyone!
