The meme isn’t really about what the word “cryptocurrency” means. It’s saying that altcoiners shouldn’t expect bitcoiners to help defend their straw houses when the big bad wolf comes to blow them down. They can abandon their shoddy structures and join us in our fortress instead. Bitcoin was literally designed with these kinds of attacks in mind.
