I guess googleads sucks even more than I thought

Love the app! Bought the adfree for reddit, plan on buying this one too once I move out of my car.

    Why, when free and open source alternatives exist? I don’t know about you, but I’d rather donate to something like Jerboa, than spend the same amount of money supporting proprietary software. Especially as Lemmy itself is an open source protocol.

      I find Boost more pleasant to use. 4$ is not a lot, and you’re even hanging out in this channel yourself. If you pay to remove ads, there’s also no tracking

        I’m glad it’s working well for you. Other people who don’t want to pay, or don’t want ads, should know that free alternatives without ads exist, though.
