Don’t worry, the same thing happened to Homer Simpson. Presumably, it could happen to anyone.

well he was ultra rich guy in usa with a LOT of lawyers and those 2 people in the documentary had pretty identical stories even though they were interviewed in separate palces without knowing each other in any way so (ツ) I do believe he was guilty as fuck.

and I said “suspicions” and that literally is the reason why the episode is not on disney+ so I fail to see your point

That’s a huge issue that our society deems it appropriate to punish people merely for accusations. We’re supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around. There’s a very in-depth documentary about the entire scandal and it seems plausible that the parents of those children were looking for a big paycheck, not reporting truthfully. Unfortunately I don’t remember what the documentary is called. There’s a very real possibility that Michael Jackson wasn’t even interested in sex at all, like with anyone. They suspect that his children are actually the children of one of his friends and that he made arrangements for the friend to father kids for him.

well the way I see it is that he didn’t get convicted simply because he was one of the most popular pop starts ever so he kinda gets sort of immunity based on that. you can almost never had concrete hard evidence on claim like that so it really just is all about whose story is more plausible.

but that’s just my personal opiniom about the case and whatever happened, happened. end of story on my part

The court of law is innocent until proven guilty and has to be that way to ensure a fair trial.

Society and public opinion is a different beast.
