Historically, Trump cannot do what he says, already tried to be a dictator, and yet the democratic institutions prevented it from happening, so again, how would that happen unless all those democratic institutions (the ones that transfered power to Biden) suddenly decided to agree with Trump? And if all those institutions did agree with Trump, then Trump isn’t required at all, and the bigger problem would be those institutions.
