I am so hyped for this. Look at all the new shit! Havel’s back! You can do kung fu! What’s up with the dual wielded throwing knives? Weird monsters! New locations! And possibly a new boss to rival Malania! 🤯
I’ve been following a fair amount of trailer analysis. There are so many lore hints if you’re attentive! Much of that is told through the visual design. But still many questions. e.g. Who exactly is Mesmer? We know the shadowlands are hidden, but do they also represent a dream or a past state of the world?
The new abilities and build possibilities look fun. I’m excited about those martial arts kicks and the reverse grip blades.

There’s a co-op mod for Elden Ring! I just started playing it last night with my buddy who is quite experienced at Soulslikes and it’s been a total blast.
The mods Seemless Coop. If you wanna play multiplayer, use the mod. Default souls multiplayer suuuucks
It takes me longer but I feel the same way. I have to admit though, despite all the attention Elden Ring got, Bloodborne kept me interested much longer.
I’m very excited! I loaned my friend a copy of the disc so I probably won’t be playing until around the end of the year, but I definitely will be playing it.
