I have a bunch of mojito mint in the garden but don’t feel like a mojito! What else do you make with mint - I have a reasonably full cabinet of stuff so recommend away.

      Ha, the way the world is going for us in the Southern US it may be time for women to revive that tradition, sit on the porch with a cup of straight whiskey sweetened and mint.

    Maid’s!! Just about any spirit, lime, simple, mint, and cucumber. Shake that shit up and serve it over ice. My favorite is with tequila. I also love it with gin or rum. Add a touch of ginger to it or a unique liqueur!

      Alas, no cucumber right now but I do have Mastica, think I can get close to this & it sounds great.

      ETA: oh yes. Claro tequila, mint, lime, sugar and Mastica. Delicious and far enough away from a mojito, thank you!

      Oh I will surely do that when the cilantro recovers - I made tacos last week and cut it back to make salsa!
