My riding buddy was ill the last time I went, but now he’s better. So… ride the MABDR again? Sure.

    The MABDR in particular is quite easy. Most of it is actually paved. There are some gravel sections in George Washington National Forest, and several of the PA state forests.

    Taking a detour to check out Seneca Rocks, about 20 miles off of the route, is advisable.
