More specifically, Boeing bought McDonnell Douglas and all the executives came over from MDD and played the same games they always have, like not fixing problems highlighted at design stage, waiting for 2 big fatal accidents to admit there was a problem and “gentleman’s agreements” with the FAA.
Sounds like the Fairchild F27 all over again.
