It’s that time of the year again. We’ve eaten our bodyweights in Christmas delights, dabbled in some fizz to see the New Year in and now we’re faced with a new year ahead, full of possibilities and opportunities. For Formula 1’s 10 teams, who will have been ploughing on with their respective 2024 machines for most of the festive period, it’s a time of hope that this year can be better. And for me, I owe you, our dear readers, some bold predictions for the season ahead. So, here we go…

First three aren’t that bold

  1. Lando top 3 in WDC
  2. Hamilton to win a race
  3. Aston Martin to win a race
  4. Williams on the podium
  5. Alpha Tauri to finish P5 in WCC

    Man these are all things I’d love to see, don’t feed me this kind of hopium BEFORE Barcelona.

    These guys are great and all, but they also need to put their money where their mouth is. Unless they are willing to stake actual money on it, they can just go and say the most bizzare things for clicks/content.

      That list is quite simple and safe. These are not predictions, they are statements. Ik can do this too!

      1. All cars will have 4 tires
      2. All cars will have 1 driver in the cockpit
      3. There will be a standing start every race
      4. There will be a person with a checkered flag signaling the end of the race
      5. Toto will throw his headset in frustration

      See? This is easy! 😀
