    I’ve learned that I have to repeat it back to them so that we’re both on the same page. It can feel scary because you don’t want to look like an idiot, but it’s better to look like an idiot now, than a dumbass later.

    I find this so weird! I’m an engineer, and can comprehend and solv complex tasks relatively fast, doesn’t even have to be engineering, just quick at learning. Then sometimes someone tries to explain something simignly simple and I feel like that seal 🙃. This totally fucks with my impostor syndrome.
