        That’s not really how propaganda works. The core of propaganda is truth, but it’s carefully selected to promote a specific agenda.

        So, Lavrov isn’t going around lying, he’s using selective truths to develop and support a false narrative.

          Agreed. But one should apply the same reasoning to the European and US politicians as one tries to point it out in Lavrov. Do you do it?
