Nope, since I left reddit I spend less time mindlessly looking at my phone. But I do enjoy lemmy in healthy doses.
It’s been the complete opposite for me. While I still don’t interact much, I am spending way more time looking through posts than I did on Reddit. Reddit posts and comments outside of the niche subs were so mind-numbingly repetative that I didn’t ever teally enjoy spendinguch time there. Getting WAY more happy-brain-juice from lurking on Lemmy right now.
