could anyone explain these signs for me?

They seem to give contradictory info? Can I park for five minutes or an hour during the day?

Don’t know the laws there, but in Texas, white signs represent things regulated by laws and have legal repercussions while yellow signs are just warnings or notices.

    • Drive 45 passing a white sign that says 35: get a ticket
    • Drive 45 passing a yellow sign that says 35: probably trying to warn you about a curve, condition, wildlife, or intersection. Slow down if you’re feeling cautious.

I once drove through a trailer park that said 9½, and I wasn’t sure what to make of that. I know that it’s meant to catch your attention, but what a useless fucking number to choose.
