Personally, I would like it to be Athena Cykes: Ace Attorney, because I feel like there’s a lot more that they could do with her character and they’re already basically done telling Phoenix’s and Apollo’s stories. Plus I feel like she was largely sidelined in SoJ, so this would be a great way of utilizing her.

Maybe they could also spice things up with the courtroom mechanics and have us argue the case in a much more interesting way.
