Apple is Crap. Color me surprised.
Can professionals not just hack the spare parts? Limited ressources of pairing chips shouldn’t allow for much DRM.
I have mixed feelings about them basically stopping you from being able to use “harvested” parts. It’s bad because obviously it makes repairs harder, but it’s good because it basically means stealing someone’s phone is completely pointless as it can’t be used and it also now can’t be sold for parts.
