What are people’s thoughts on shoes made to fix pronation? I used to have a pair of new balances that were supposed to help with pronation, but now that I have a new pair of shoes, my pronation has gotten worse again.
Does pronation really matter in running or is it just one of those things that they use to sell more expensive shoes?

Personally, I feel like it’s far better to address the root of an issue, rather than band-aide it.
Why not do the work to correct, or at least decrease, the actual issue?
You’re probably right, I wonder what I’m suppose to do to fix it. Is it just being aware and trying to correct it while walking?
