Hi comrades. I got a bit wasted last night and posted a comment that wasn’t well thought out or worded and came off as not supporting the trans community. If you read my comment history I’ve said nothing but total love and support for all my trans comrades so I feel really terrible about it. I tried to delete the comment and reply to the other comments in the thread but it looks like they have banned me.

So I want to just say for the record I love and support you all, and we are all in this fight together. I don’t want to create any division or make anyone feel less awesome than they are so please accept my apology.

    You weren’t banned from all of Hexbear just one comm. You could probably ask on Hexbear. We have a self_crit community that would probably go a long way

      I just want to apologize for posting a comment last night that wasn’t well constructed or coherent and came off as transphobic. I have always been a supporter of trans rights (check my comment history) and was on the hexbear discord as a reddit refugee something like 10 years ago so I have always been on team hexbear.

      I never meant to create division or make anyone feel less than the awesome person they are but the comment I made was after too many beers and hurt some folks and I feel terrible about it. So please accept my apology.

      We are all fighting a gigantic machine. My fight is against capitalism and the artificial divisions it loves to create between the working class to keep us under the boot of the oligarchy. I was just trying to say something to that effect but it came out lopsided so again, I’m sorry.

      I didn’t see the offending comment, but, generally speaking, forgiveness is cool. I myself caused a struggle session when I lectured Hexbear not to show disrespect on Pope Francis death. Then I edited that comment when I realized it was dumb.

      I got disappointed for causing trouble but at least it was a learning opportunity. Recent Popes may have generally nice words, but sweet talk can hide grave evil. Malcolm X comes to mind.

      Here in Brazil, for example, some priests use their big influence to indoctrinate the faithful into far-right lunacy. Both the Church and the State ought to punish these criminals, but AFAIK neither do.
