Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp won't play Week 1 against the Seattle Seahawks due to a hamstring injury, head coach Sean McVay announced Wednesday, according to Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic.Kupp recently suffered a setback and was considered day-to-day. The 2021 Offensive Player of the Year was in Minnesota this week to see a specialist for his latest injury."Not much more information ... just dealing with some soft tissue stuff," said McVay, who didn't rule out the possibility of Kupp landing on injured reserve.More to come.
Schefter tweeted that Rams haven’t ruled out putting him on IR either. I know I guy that traded CD Lamb for him last year after getting eliminated in a keeper league and now this. Bummer for long time Kupp owners. It really seemed that him and Stafford had a connection that was just dominating in PPR. Hard to see it every coming back with them both having injury problems at this point
