I have finished painting all the parts, and have begun panel lining. I decided to assemble the beam rifle temporarily to see how it looked painted up.
The stand is also completed. I treated the stand as its own side project that I was working on alongside the Gundam from time to time. I painted it mostly with spray cans, since the pieces are larger. My black spray can ran out halfway through, so I had to finish up with the airbrush.
What are you doing with that zippo fluid
I use it to clean up Tamiya panel liner. It has the same active ingredient as enamel thinner, but it’s a milder solution and evaporates faster, so less chance of damaging the plastic.
