    You or I would be in jail… What do you wanna bet he was intoxicated and didn’t want that to be confirmed? Can’t breathalyze me if you can’t catch me.

    I don’t really have a problem with the sentence necessarily, medical treatment should be the first line in treating substance abuse related charges. I do have a problem with cops getting preferential treatment in sentencing.
