The EO is literally just reaffirming the constitution, that the executive branch is under the president.
I don’t know if you can read, but saying that all independent regulatory agencies, even those approved by congress, are now magically fully controlled by the president, without restriction, doesn’t exactly uphold the constitution, nor does it uphold our existing laws regarding how these agencies are approved/confirmed, funded, and operated.
Can you cite the part of the constitution that states the executive branch has control over all interpretation of laws and functioning of agencies independently authorized by congress?
