I can’t remember where I found out about Fenenc, but it’s surprised me by how slick it feels compared to all the other Lemmy apps I’ve.

Everything loads so fast and the scrolling has zero jitter. The other apps I’ve tried just dont compare for speed.

The up/down vote percentage is a nice touch I havent seen anywhere else.

My only gripe is that changing feed type/sorting method feel unintuitive to me, but its not a major issue.

Anyway, I just wanted to drop in and give some support. I’ll be using Fennec a lot more going forward and hope you keep it up.

It was also nice to see its written in React Native so I might drop in a PR.

I hadn’t seen Fennec before and have been hopping from App to App trying to find a nice ux.

Just installed it, and I have to agree. This is great :)

I achtally like the method of editing your feed, but I agree there are other apps that make it easier to accomplish.

Yeah, I cant get over how fast and smooth it is. I dont get what everyone else is doing wrong haha.

The feed sorting is definitely not a major issue or blocker. I just didn’t find it intuitive.

    Thank you for the feedback!

As for the feed settings, I kinda wanted it to be accessible from the bottom with one hand :) right now I’m planning to split local/subscribed/all into top tabs just like the profile view and keep the filtering in the FAB to make it simpler.

It was also nice to see its written in React Native so I might drop in a PR.

I’ll be happy to see it! The todo list grows faster than I can type haha
