On the reddit comments some user wrote the address format for Russia is wrong on this map, they use big-endian as well.
Also Hungary is the only country in Europe where we use big endianness in names, aka Eastern name order: surname first, firstname second.

It always makes me sad reading things like this. Please don’t judge the place based on that. It is not entirely as it seems… Well it is. But it isn’t.
Sooo. Okay. These days this chart is accurate, however 20 years ago, it was pretty customary to mark the month as a roman numeral. This idiocy of course was unique to that place. For example, 1999. XII. 07.
This was a common way to write dates… -.-
